Can I order online and pick up in the store?

Please do. MOST orders are available within 6 hours for instore pick-up. Customized items, which are handmade just for you, typically take 4-6 weeks from purchase date. So thankful for your patience.

When will my order ship?

We are a small store. We process orders on business days (Mon - Fri excluding holidays) and generally ship out in 1-7 business days depending on the season and availability of all the items in the order. If there will be more than 7 business days' delay, Sign of the Bear will contact you by email with details.

Do I have to be home to receive my order?

No. UPS or FedEx or US post will leave your package at your door.

Has my order shipped?

You will be advised by email once your order has shipped. Included in that email will be your tracking number so that you may monitor the progress of your package online at  should you choose. 

 Are the prices online and in-store the same?

Prices may vary between on-line and in-store.

Promotions offered in store may not be valid online and vice versa.

Where do orders ship from?

Most orders ship from our store in Sonoma, CA, but a few orders may ship from multiple U.S. locations. So, some items may arrive in multiple shipments. If your items are shipping  -- and so, arriving -- separately from different locations, you will be advised by email.

How much is shipping?

Shipping Options – At checkout you will be able to select U.S.P.S Standard or Priority Shipping. A few Sign of the Bear items have special shipping; a few others are instore only.

Shipping rates vary by package weight + volume and how far your package is traveling. Please note that shipping speed does not include time processing and handling of the order-- AND during COVID -19  ALL shipping speeds are approximate

How will my order ship?

We ship using U.S.P.S; and occasionally FedEx or U.P.S.

How long does my order take to reach me?

Shipping speeds and rates are automatically calculated at checkout. These speeds do not include the 1-7 business days processing time. Longer processing times are listed in products' description of the product. Once your order has shipped you will receive an email that includes a link where you can track the progress of your order.

 What is the return policy?

Our return policy, for both in-store and online purchases, is available on our Returns page.

Can I return my online purchase in-store?

Due to COVID-19 we are currently unable to accept returns.

Did my order go through?

You will receive an email confirming your order has been sent through for processing. If you have not received that confirmation email your order was not successfully placed.

Can I use my store credit for an online purchase?

Unfortunately we are not yet set up to accept Sign Of The Bear Online  gift cards and in-store credits for online purchases.
