Packaging and Delivery

We take great care in packing every item to ensure it arrives at your door in perfect condition. Each item is carefully wrapped using quality materials to protect it during transit. Despite our best efforts, if your item arrives damaged or with missing parts, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:

  1. Take a picture of the damaged item and any issues with the packaging.
  2. Retain all packaging and packing materials for reference.
